Your Eyes Are Fighting Me – Joshua Zero

London-based Joshua Zero is here to light up your Friday with his newest single “Your Eyes Are Fighting Me” released July 16, 2021. The bouncy guitar and great drums create the perfect beat for the song. Paired with Zero’s piercing vocals, one can’t help to dance along with the first listen. The lyrics hold references to Zero’s time spent in New York in bars, clubs, and walking through the busy streets. “I wrote that without any instruments, I just wrote the lyrics when I was in New York and it was weird because I could hear the chorus clearly. It was just all about the shit I heard and experienced in New York,” said Zero.

Joshua Zero stepped out of his comfort zone with a move to London and has continued to push his limits with his shiny nü rock sound. With singles released in 2019 and 2020, Zero has kept his musical momentum going with collaborations and various UK tours. “Your Eyes Are Fighting Me” is the first single for their upcoming EP set to be released in October of this year and comes with plans for a rescheduled UK tour.
