UK band Red Wine Talk have just released their brand new single ‘I Believe In You’. It is the lead track from their upcoming debut album, ‘The Beauty and Elegance of Drinking Alone’, which will be released on Friday 13th August. It’s an upbeat indie anthem that is bound to get in your head and have you singing along for the rest of the day. Check it out below or on our most recent weekly playlist.
The music video is also out now. It was directed and shot by the brilliant Harry Harper, and is a project that everyone involved in is extremely proud of
Red Wine Talk are a 5-piece indie band coming out of Norwich, formed in 2018. They consist of frontman Edward Brookes, lead guitarist Cally Robb, saxophonist/guitarist Fred Clements, bassist Kain McBarron and drummer Adam Smith. They have become a staple of the local indie scene in Norwich and now have their eyes on expanding their reach further around the country.
With inspiration stemming from modern day powerhouses The 1975 and Arctic Monkeys, all the way back to the 80’s pop/rock music (such as INXS) that their parents would play as they grew up, it’s safe to say the band have a diverse range in their sound across their discography so far.
The band are very much looking forward to releasing the track and the upcoming album, as well as being able to finally play the tracks live at their upcoming gigs, which include:
- A headline slot at Latitude Festival on the Access Creative College Stage
- A Brighton show at the renowned pub The Prince Albert for a leg of a November tour
- 2x London shows, including one at The Sebright Arms for another leg of the November tour
